“Fortune Favours The Bold” – In 1966, this quote was the incentive for Otto Schüller to set up the Schüller Möbelwerk KG on the basis of his father’s carpentry business.
It is 1966 and the first 25 employees are building kitchen cupboards for the upwardly mobile Federal Republic of Germany. The location: Herrieden – not exactly a typical place for the furniture trade – that took some courage. But with a belief in our own creative power and a clear vision of our future potential, in 1971 fitted kitchen production starts to take off. Otto Schüller focuses on the development of the company, while his wife Stilla looks after the family and supports him where needed. Regional sales soon become nationwide and later international.
From the very beginning, Schüller has stood for top quality, individuality and suitability for everyday use. Over the years, our passion for kitchens has enabled us to aspire to more. Our courage has turned into success.
"Nothing seems as easy in hindsight as an idea brought to life."
Otto Schüller, company founder
